Kat's Peanutbutter Fudge


Gather your ingredients:
Whole milk, Pure Vanilla, Peanutbutter (Creamy or Chunky) and Sugar
Next
Measure out 1 cup Whole milk and 4 cups Sugar
Next
Bring to a boil; stirring constantly then when it starts to boil - continue stirring and let boil for 2 more minutes
Next
Remove from stove and add 4 cups of Peanutbutter to mixture and stir
Finally add in 2tsp of vanilla
Next
Pour into greased cookie sheet

Let cool, then cut and store in air tight container :)

On afew of my Peanutbutter Fudge. I add Peanutbutter Cups ( really good)

Kat's Banana Bread

Kat's Banana Bread 
Recipe
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3 1/2 bananas, very ripe, mashed
2 tablespoons creme fraiche or sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes. Drizzle in oil. Add mashed bananas, creme fraiche, and vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts. Pour into a lined loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Tuna Casserole the way it was meant to be...


Step One: Bring to bil one package of Egg noddles until al dente, then rinse and drain - set aside.
Step Two:
In a casserole dish mix the following ingredients
1cup of sour cream,2 cans of drained tuna & 1 can of evaporated milk. ***frozen pea's optional!
Then add to the mixture the following: Salt and pepper to taste
1cup
1 cup
1 cup
Mix all together, add drained noodles cover with more Cheddar cheese and Dried fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes.

Why it's been awhile...

As you can see I've not posted in abit,,,its funny the older one gets you really do start to see things differently. On July 28th my birthday I finally went to the Doctors due to a lump on my back thigh that started out the size of a pea and grew to the size of a golf ball...mind you I'm never sick and as a nurse think I can fix anything LOL. Well, of course it needed surgery right away...and to boot found out I'm Diabetic double whammy explains my utter exhaustion HA1C was 13.9 plus anemic... Finally feeling a little better, so back to my blog.
