Pea Salad
Step One: 1 bag of frozen Pea's thawed at room temperature.
Step Two: Blanche Pea's in boiling sugar water and drain;running cold water over them.

Hot German Potato Salad
Step one - Potato's
Peel & Cut cook on medium until tender...
Step Two - Bacon Cook until Crisp Save Bacon drippings!
Step Three - Boil Eggs then peel and cut up
Step Four - Chop Onion,celery add to egg choppings mix in 1/4 of Vinegar, Hellmans 1 cup, 2 Tsp Mustard 1/2 sugar & mix add cut up cooked potato's & 3TBSP of Bacon Drippings. Mix all together.

Fire Ants/ Ants....no problem try this trick...
Step One - Use either of these packets...tear open and a sprinkle to top of ant pile
Step two - Sprinkle on top of ant pile....and wait 24 hours.
ANTS ARE GONE.....NO EXPENSIVE ANT GRANUALS! I did this and it works better than anything else I have tried!
Cabbage Soup On...
Step one - Ham in pot with 8 cups of water
Step two - Add the onions, carrots,celery, potatos and rest of ham to pot
Step three - Salt and Pepper to taste and cook on low. Through out the day give it a stir.
6 a 8 hours later it is ready! Enjoy....mmmm and don't forget the French bread to go with it!

Strawberry Short Cake ...

Strawberry Shortcake Cake
Ingredients:
1 box (16.5 oz) white cake mix
Additional ingredients to make cake; egg whites, oil and water
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (8oz.) container whipped topping (thawed)
1 container (13.5 oz.) premade strawberry glaze
3 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and cut into bite size pieces)
Directions:
Make your white cake according to package directions for a 9x13 baking dish.
Allow the cake to cool.
Then make the next layer.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
Plop in your thawed whipped topping and combine well.
Smooth over the cooled white cake.
In a bowl combine the strawberry glaze with the sliced strawberries.
Spread this mixture on top of the cake.
Slice and serve.
This cake needs to be kept refrigerated.
Cook’s Notes: You can usually find the strawberry glaze in the fruit section of your grocery store. Most grocers keep it right next to the strawberries.
You can also make your own strawberry pie glaze if you have a favorite recipe for it.

Cinnamon Roll Cake
INGREDIENTS

3 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter melted
- TOPPING -
1 cup butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- GLAZE -
2 cups powdered sugar
5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 glass baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In an electric or stand mixer add the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Once combined well , slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into the prepared 9×13 baking pan.
For topping, In a large bowl mix the 2 sticks of butter, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon together until well combined and creamy. Drop evenly over the batter by the tablespoonfuls and use a knife to marble/swirl through the cake.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or when a toothpick inserted near the center comes out nearly clean.
FOR GLAZE: In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together with a whisk. Drizzle evenly over the warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Step three - Add & mix
Step four -bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes!
Now the meatloaf :)

20 cents at Lowes...was next to dead...an now in Bloom
It has now Grew into this!I love the color and even more satisfying to know it still had life in it!

I love this color my tree is in full bloom right now....hmmm I think I might try to do a watercolor of this. Thoughts???Craft project?? Or just enjoy :)
